The OnTrack Journal app includes 6 powerful techniques anchored in the science of Positive Psychology that are super simple to apply and will help you increase happiness, well-being and thrive. Use just one and see immediate benefit. Put them all together – that is when the magic happens! The OnTrack Journal app was developed to enable people to easily apply this science and realize these amazing rewards! We recently had a CAL Focus Group use the app for a 3- week period and it was found to be a support to those who committed to journaling for at least 3 weeks.

To Access OnTrack Journal App follow steps below:
- Click on On Track and scroll to bottom under group membership, click the green button.
- Login using your email address and the code: VT24
To get started using the OnTrack Journal App: Watch the short 2-4 minute impactful videos per technique, then try the journal!
Go into the OnTrack app and click on OnTrack Training Videos, then follow below each week
- Week 1:
- Watch videos for Create Goal momentum and Focus on What’s Good and read the supporting information written under the video.
- Key questions to reflect upon
- What types of goal(s) are you feeling motivated to want to achieve in your life ? Choose one and enter the same goal into the Journal app daily until it is achieved.
- How did you feel after practicing gratitude this week? Keep entering 3 things you are grateful for each day into the Journal app
- Week 2:
- Watch videos for Pre-play Events and Shift to Positive Interpretations and read the supporting information written under the video.
- Key questions to reflect upon
- As you were watching the Pre-play video, what types of events came to mind that would be valuable to pre-play to maximize positive outcome? Start pre-playing those today by entering into the Journal app
- What situations are you going through that would benefit from a reframing from negative thinking to a more positive interpretation?
- Week 3:
- Watch videos for Give and Serve and Have Fun! and read the supporting information written under the video.
- Key questions to reflect upon
- What Give and Serve ideas did the video spark for you? Enter them in the Journal app
- How can you schedule more “fun” into your days? Do it now!
